All pack sizes, weights and designs are correct as at the time of print, though designs and contents of our made to order products may be subject to some variation.
BESPOKE CHOCOLATESÂ
Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements or preferences in the 'Special Instructions' box by clicking the drop-down arrow icon above 'Estimated total' prior to Checking Out.
PERSONALISED MESSAGES ON GIFT ITEMS
Gift messages can be included with the items in the parcel. These are free of charge and can be added on the product page, they are presented on a headed compliment slip or the item's gift tag. We will only send one gift message per order.
Please type your message in the 'Special Instructions' box by clicking the drop-down arrow icon above 'Estimated total' prior to Checking Out. Please also check your message for spelling errors as these may be printed automatically and will not be checked by ourselves.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery and the customer’s acceptance of the chocolates shall be deemed to have taken place upon the occurrence of a signed delivery note by the customer or photographic evidence by any agent, employee, nominee, representative of the customer or by any independent carrier. C'est Chocolat reserves the right to cancel any order or balance of order for the delivery of chocolates in the event that C'est Chocolat is prevented or delayed from making delivery of the chocolates on the estimated date for delivery, due to circumstances beyond C'est Chocolat's reasonable control.
CANCELLATION OF GOODS or SERVICES
If you wish to amend or cancel an order for any reason we must be notified in writing within 24hrs of the order being placed and before the order has been shipped. There will be a handling charge of 10% for processing the cancellation of goods or services. It can take bewtween 2-10 business days to receive the refunded amount.
